Led by Caroline Richardson, MD, Professor, Family Medicine, University of Michigan and Director of the Michigan Collaborative For Type 2 Diabetes. This final course rounds out a 4-part series and ties together the three initiatives as approaches to T2D care—including lower carbohydrate diet, continuous glucose monitoring, and SGLT2 Inhibitors and GLP-1 Receptor Agonists.
MCT2D members are invited to our free 1 to 2-hour video courses. Practice clinical champions are required to attend training sessions in each category.
Training provided through Beaumont’s Department of Continuing Medical Education. See step-by-step instructions on how to register in the Beaumont CME Portal.
