Are you interested in eating less carbohydrates to help you manage your blood sugars, but not sure where to begin? Getting started is easy, just pass up the 6 P’s! This post can be used to remind pre-diabetes and T2D patients of the foods to avoid in order to maintain a low carb lifestyle. The 6ps include: pop, pasta, pastries, potatoes, processed grains, and processed foods.
