Parachute Health is an online platform to speed and simplify electronic prescribing of durable medical equipment. Many not be available for all payers.
Parachute Health is a platform that supports ePrescribing of durable medical equipment (DME), including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices. The platform allows health care teams to order products and services digitally for patients, while allowing for easier tracking of order status.
Members of the MCT2D prior authorization panel have found that Parachute saves them significant time when submitting prior authorization requests for CGMs, and the Parachute Health platform also claims that it reduces time for patients to receive their CGM devices.
