MCT2D Quick Start Guide for Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor and App

The Continuous Glucose Monitor Quick Start Guide walks a user through the setup of an Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2, app, and cloud-based platform. The guide was developed in 2022 by MCT2D to jump-start technical exploration, setup, and adoption among members of the collaborative. Each participating primary care practice was invited to receive a free CGM sensor and reader.
