Jake Reiss

Associate Program Manager

Jake is the Associate Program Manager for the Michigan Collaborative for Type 2 Diabetes. His role involves leading the development of the patient data dashboard, facilitation of the patient advisory board, budget development and tracking, research and regulatory management, and providing content expertise on continuous glucose monitoring systems. Prior to this role, Jake worked at the University of Michigan’s Department of Internal Medicine, division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Diabetes as a Clinical Research Project Manager where he ran numerous clinical drug and device trials. He has a Master of Health Services Administration and a graduate certificate in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Michigan.
