Jake Reiss

Associate Program Manager

Jake is the Associate Program Manager for the Michigan Collaborative for Type 2 Diabetes. His role involves working closely with participating sites to help disseminate and implement quality initiatives, developing materials and resources for healthcare providers and their patients, and organizing trainings for clinicians and their teams. Prior to this role, Jake was a part of the Department of Internal Medicine at U-M where he worked as a clinical research project manager in the division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Diabetes. He also previously worked for St. Joseph Mercy Hospital as a clinical research associate in the Department of Academic Research. He has a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
