Some of MCT2D's most popular low-carbohydrate patient educational materials are now available in Spanish and Arabic. Getting Started on a Low Carb Lifestyle, Building Your Plate: 4-Step Process to Low Carb Meals, and two 7-Day Low Carb Meal Plans are now accessible for more of your patients.
Through the MCT2D tool feedback form and patient case summaries, members can share what resources they wish they had, including "multilingual diabetic resources" and "an Arabic-speaking dietitian." Thank you to the member practices who voiced a need for more translated type 2 diabetes resources for patients across Michigan.
