How do I earn practice-level VBR credit using the Best Practice Database?
Browse and search the database. Identify a best practice that your team would like to learn more about. Use the Contact Practice feature to connect. MCT2D will then facilitate this connection. A phone call, meeting, or email exchange with the practice would all qualify for practice-level VBR. See below for step-by-step instructions:

Step 1
Filter by practice type or text keyword. Use filters to find results from similar practices to yours. All filters are optional.
To find practices that are open to a follow-up message, select "Yes" when asked Display only practices that can be contacted for follow-up. If you connect with that site and have a discussion, you will meet your practice level learning community VBR requirement.

Step 2
Browse your results. Click on the title to see that practice's full report.
Step 3
Reach out to another practice for more info. If the practice is open to contact, click on the "Contact Practice" button to get connected. To qualify for primary care practice level VBR, you must contact another practice using this system.
