Held at Hotel Indigo in Traverse City, MI.
Attendance at the regional meetings by a clinical champion is a Value Based Reimbursement requirement.
Also, please only have one person from each practice (the clinical champion) and one person from each PO register for the meetings in order to keep attendance at a level conducive to group discussions.
