This video walks through the key features of the JUMPSTART online learning portal.
Introducing JUMPSTART, a one-stop interactive learning portal for patients who are low carb curious or who are seeking a starting point for diabetes-friendly nutritional information. This site was designed by MCT2D clinicians, content experts, designers, and vetted by our Patient Advisory Board as a way to connect the role that food plays in one's health and wellbeing and to set individuals on a healthy path. We recommend sharing with all of your patients who might benefit.
An example of an interactive feature on JUMPSTART, where a user can walk through the four-step process of building a low carb plate, with recommended proteins, non starchy vegetables, and fats to choose from.
JUMPSTART has plain-language, interactive tools to help your patients understand how nutrients and diet impact their diabetes health, as well as how to get started with a lower carb lifestyle with goal setting, tracking, and meal building. The site includes downloadable grocery lists and recipes. This videowill walk you through the main features of the site.

This document provides specific details related to the 9/1/2025- 8/31/2026 MCT2D MCT2D endocrinology performance measure for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) interpretation (CPT 95251). Practices must achieve a 5% improvement in CGM interpretation rates, up to the 95th percentile benchmark (89.59%).
